EN+ and its affiliates fully recognize the importance of personal information to you. I. What information do we collect?

When you use EN+ products/services, we may collect your personal information. The specific types of data collected will vary depending on the product/service you use. We will not share or provide your information to any third party without your authorization, except where disclosure is permitted under applicable law. EN+ will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this statement. The personal information we may collect includes:

1. Information you provided directly

(1)Account Information: When you create an account or profile with us, we need you to provide information such as your mobile phone number, email address, custom username, and password. This information will be used to verify your identity, ensure account security, and provide you with services.If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services properly.

(2) Payment Information: When purchasing EN+ products or services, you may need to provide transaction information such as name, contact information, address, unified social credit code, business license, and bank card number. This information will be used for order generation, payment processing, logistics and distribution, etc., to ensure the smooth completion of the transaction. If you wish to obtain an invoice, you will also need to provide your name, or company name, company taxpayer identification number, address, telephone number, bank name and account number, etc., which are necessary for issuing an invoice.

(3) Communication Information: In order to respond to your customer service requests in a timely manner, we will ask you to provide certain information to verify your identity, such as the service you inquired about (including repair history) and information related to your inquiry (including your chat history and communication records).

2. Information about your use of the product or service

In addition to the information you provide directly, we also collect information about your use of our products or services through software on your device and other means. This information includes:

(1) Equipment Information

When you visit our web pages or use our mobile applications, you may provide us with technical information about the device running the browser or application. This information includes your IP address or device address, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or websites you visited before and after using the product or service, hardware version, and operating system. We may also use these technologies to collect information about your interactions with emails, such as whether you opened, clicked on, or forwarded the email.

(2) Log data used

Backup service is disabled by default; your information will not be actively uploaded or disseminated via mobile devices. Unless you explicitly grant permission, we have no right to access your log data. Once granted permission, only logs within your selected date range will be accessible to us.

3. Information received from third parties

Information we obtain from third parties and sources outside our services (such as our business customers and partners) includes personal information. If we combine or associate information from other sources with the personal information we collect through the services, we will treat the combined information as personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Other information we collected

(1) We may invite you to join EN+’s product improvement program to help us design new products, new services, or improve our existing products and services. If you agree, we may collect the following information from you for analysis and research on our products or services: your account information, device information, diagnostic and usage data.

(2) With your consent, we may have our technicians visit you directly to understand your use of our products/services or to collect fault reports.

(3) We may also collect other information that you choose to send to us about you, your device or your use of the Service.

If you choose to use EN+ products and services within the European Economic Area (EEA), EN Plus Tech GmbH, located in Germany (with data stored in German data centers), is the data controller. Please note that local laws in non-EEA countries/regions may provide lower levels of protection than those applicable in the EEA. Nevertheless, when transferring your personal information outside Europe, we will comply with applicable European data protection laws to provide the same level of protection as outlined in this policy, ensuring your personal information remains secure. Measures we implement to safeguard your information transfers include the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by relevant data protection authorities.

However, requesting the deletion of your personal information may also prevent you from accessing the services we provide. We will not delete certain data that we are legally required to retain.

We generally do not charge fees for your reasonable requests; however, for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are unjustifiably repeated, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).

Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are limited to this population.

VII. How long will we retain your information?

We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This means that when the information is no longer needed, we will destroy or delete it from our systems. In some cases, your personal information will be anonymized, meaning you can no longer be identified through this information.

The personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People’s Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

We take appropriate measures to ensure that we process and retain information about you in accordance with the following logic:

At least for the duration of time that this information will be used to provide you with services;

As required by law, contract, or our statutory obligations;

X. How do we handle the personal information of minors?

  2. Changes in our structure or organizational framework, such as changes in ownership resulting from business adjustments, bankruptcy, mergers, or acquisitions;

  4. Significant changes in the manner in which your personal information is processed or your rights are exercised without compensation;

If you do not agree with the revised Personal Information Protection Privacy Policy, you should immediately cease using EN+ services. Your agreement signifies that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the updated policy and are willing to be bound by it.

This policy applies to all EN+ services. However, certain services may have specific privacy policies that provide more detailed explanations of how we handle your information within those services. In case of any inconsistencies between this policy and a specific service’s privacy policy, the specific privacy policy shall prevail.

XIII. Supplement to the Privacy Policy for the U.S. Region

This Supplement to the Privacy Policy for the United States (the “US Supplement”) outlines additional regulations regarding the processing of personal information of U.S. residents and should be read in conjunction with the EN+ Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Privacy Policy and these US Supplements, the terms of these US Supplements shall prevail.

EN+ cannot access the biometric data stored on your device.

In addition to the categories of personal information that EN+ may collect as mentioned above, some services may also use biometric data stored on your device to provide product or service features. We may also automatically generate certain biometric data when you use certain services.

This biometric data will remain on your device and will not be transmitted to, accessed, or retrieved by EN+. EN+ will not share this biometric data with any third party. You can delete your registered biometric data or voice wake-up commands at any time in the relevant settings. Because EN+ cannot access this data, it cannot delete it for you.

State Law Privacy Rights

In addition to the rights you enjoy as described in the “What are your rights?” section of our Privacy Policy, you may also opt out if we make material changes to our Privacy Policy or the privacy statement for a specific service, in accordance with applicable law, when we: (1) sell your personal information; (2) share your personal information for cross-scenario behavioral advertising purposes; (3) process your personal information for targeted advertising purposes; (4) collect or process your sensitive data; (5) collect your personal information through voice recognition; or (6) further materially different processing of previously collected personal data.
