Overseas Sales Manager
Are you looking for a company to grow with? Due to rapid growth, EN Plus is looking for a Sales Manager to help build our Sales function, allowing you to leave your mark on EN Plus EV chargers. This high-visibility, cross-functional role will lead and support many critical projects in the business. The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to influence executive and critical decision-makers, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment. Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company’s resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develops strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value
- Provides leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement. Performs critical customer analysis to identify the focused market and business opportunities. Engages customers in joint planning that integrates the company’s services, and technical support securing customer commitment for the development of products with EN Plus Systems solution
- Conducts regular business reviews with management on opportunity pipelines, project updates, and support needed for the focused market.
- Prioritize customers and opportunities with tremendous potential for success.
- Engineering bachelor’s degree and 3 years+ of sales experience in the new electric vehicle industry.
- Business experience in the overseas market is preferred.
- Power semiconductor sales experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
